Achen is a member of St. Thomas Church, Vakathanam, called into the priesthood in 1972. Served in Njaliayakuzhi, Kuzhimattom,Kirkku, Pune and Jamnagar before talking over as vicar of our church in January 1989, Achens time in Bahrain was blessed and the parish activities went smoothly during his tenure.
