It was a very touching scene and memorable moment in the history of St. Marys Church when the Holy Place of the old Church building was demolished after the Holy Qurbana on the day of 12th October 2001.

Alternative arrangement for church services were made by renting a villa and the services commenced with the Holy Qurbana on Sunday the 14th October 2001.
