3rd Gulf Orthodox Youth Conference

Our church hosted The Gulf Orthodox Youth Conference (GOYC) for the 1st time in the history of our Church at the Stephanos Mar Theodosius Nagar in New Indian School Isa Town. The summit was lead by H.G .Yuhanon Mar Melitius, the OCYM president and H. G. Geevarghese Mar Coorilos our diocesan Metropolitan. The interaction sessions were led by the Marthoma Valiya Metropolitan HG .Most Rev. Dr. Philipose Mar Chrysostom Metropolitan. H E. Dr. Faisal Al Hamad Minister of health Kingdom of Bahrain was chief guest in the concluding public meetingpresided by Balkrishna Shetty the Indian Ambassador to Bahrain and Hon. TransportationMinister of Kerala Mr. Mathew T. Thomas.

The parish decided to award two scholarships for students from our seminary in memorial of Late Lamented StephanosMar Theodosiusfor theological seminary at Nagpur and late Lamented H. G. Dr. Philipose Mar Theophilus for theological seminaryat Kottayam.

H. G. Mathews Mar Epiphanios visitedour parish and celebrated Holy Qurbana and addressed and enlightened the spiritual thoughts of the parish members
